Oil Cleanliness Indicator
I would like to introduce to you our Oil Cleanliness Indicator
As you know, the main problem of hydraulic and lubrication systems is caused by dirty oils, by micronic particles in oil. Our indicator was developed for onsite tests and it can be used for testing oil cleanliness levels on mobile and industry hydraulics.
It is a very cheap instrument in compare with Optical Particle Counters
It is not sensible to water and air bubbles in oil and can check also engine dark oils, in contrary with optical counters
It is very useful for maintenance people for mobile and industry hydraulics.
Proportional and hydraulic servo valves are very sensible to particle contamination in oil, and regular tests with our indicator can inform about contamination of oil and the need of cleanning the oil to required cleanliness level.
It is also very useful for filtration carts to know the oil cleanliness level before filtration operation begins and also after it stops.
Our Oil Cleanliness Indicator EZ-OilClean Check is calibrated at 4 bar pressure for maximum accuracy and you can connect it to the system to a test point valve.
